The Contractor shall guarantee: a) transport, assembly, handing over of equipment/goods for use together with the necessary attestations, certificates enabling the provision of health services using it b) connection of the delivered equipment to the PACS/RIS system owned by the Ordering Party and configuration for proper operation with this system (if applicable), c) indefinite license for the delivered software appropriate to the given equipment, d) repair service (service) during the warranty period, within which the Contractor ensures the efficiency of the equipment/goods at the price of the offer, including: service inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements, repairs, inspections, maintenance with spare parts and materials needed for their performance, extension of the warranty by the time of failure of the subject of the contract in the case of warranty repairs e) execution of stationary instruction on the operation of employee equipment, which will include the rules for handling the goods minimizing the consumption of electricity, water and waste generation 8. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to carry out adaptation works only if this is dictated by the guidelines for the device in question. 9. The Contracting Authority accepts equivalent solutions described in this FTZ. In the description of the subject-matter of the contract, the contracting authority specified the criteria used to assess equivalence, if any. 10. The Ordering Party informs that the data of contractors and contractors involved in the performance of the subject of the contract may be used and processed in the Arachne and SKANER systems. 11.
