Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for at fixed prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. This framework agreement is part of various modifications and ad hoc development operations aimed at modifying or improving and treating the phenomenon of obsolescence on the network and infrastructure constituting the transport heritage of Bordeaux Métropole and managed by the concessionaire of the public transport service "KB2M". The purpose of the contract is to ensure the maintenance in operational condition of the existing tramway system in the Bordeaux agglomeration in all its components. The tram system consists of both the infrastructure and the tram rolling stock. The Contractor shall produce the design studies and, if necessary, the work necessary to carry out appropriate repairs. These repairs will make it possible to deal in particular with the ageing of the system, technical breakdowns, and the obsolescence of the various equipment composing the tram system. Place(s) of performance: Territory of Bordeaux Métropole. The proportion of the financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority will be fixed when the order forms for each operation are issued. Several missions may be carried out simultaneously in different parts of the Community. For each project, the designated supervisors may intervene at the request of the Contracting Authority on various areas of non-exhaustive intervention at this stage, such as: - - Roads - Buildings - Maintenance equipment - Networks; - Urban surface development and treatment of spaces; - Stations; - The way; - Works of art; - The air route; - Feed from the ground; - The supply of electrical power for traction; - The supply of BT electrical energy; - Weak current systems; - Railway and road signs; - Central systems; - any rolling stock; - The ticketing system; - Safety records within the meaning of the STPG decree in force and the operating safety instructions; - The summary file
