Description

The GMH Building Management Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining, managing and renting out the approximately 60 schools to the authority for school and vocational training. The school buildings include all land and buildings of state and vocational schools used for school purposes. The land area of all general education and vocational state schools is about 9.1 million sqm and the main area of use is about 3.1 million sqm. In this activity, GMH was commissioned with the construction of a 6-track primary school as well as dismantling measures at the Francoper Straße site in Hamburg. See also point 5.1. of the Notice.
