Description

Gentoo is currently seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers in relation to entering into a 2 year measured term contract with the possible addition of another year, dependent upon programming, performance and workload, to provide various fire risk remedial works within the geographical management area of the City of Sunderland, Houghton/Hetton, Washington, Hebburn, Tyneside and Durham. It is Gentoo’s intention to appoint a maximum of 3 providers, with the number one ranked provider being awarded the entirety of the works. Should the number one ranked provider be unable to deliver the programme or be unable to adhere to Gentoo’s suite of performance indicators, then Gentoo will appoint the second ranked provider to deliver the works. This process will then carry onward to the third ranked provider should the second ranked provider also fail.
