Description

The subject of the contract is the performance of the contract entitled: ‘Periodic inspections, assessments of technical condition, design documentation at ZZ Przemyśl’, divided into two parts: a) Part 1 ‘Periodic inspections at facilities in ZZ Przemyśl’ b) Part 2 ‘Performance of a five-year assessment of the technical condition of the Wisznia flood embankment’ A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract for a given part of the contract is contained in Annex 3 to the SWZ – ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’. The detailed scope of the subject-matter of the contract for each lot is specified in Annex 1 to the Tender Form – ‘Material and financial scope’.
