Description

The subject of the contract is the preparation of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional-utility program (design documentation including land development, architectural-construction and technical design) for the construction of: • sanitary sewage networks with connections in Suchy Las as part of investment project 5-16-25-164-1 Suchy Las – sanitary sewage system in ul. Forteczna together with obtaining a valid building permit decision (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains up to the Contractor's decision) and performing author's supervision during the implementation phase of works performed on the basis of the documentation being the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor of construction works to the signing of the final acceptance protocol for these works. Detailed requirements for the Subject of the Order and all information regarding design solutions are contained in the attached technical conditions issued by AQUANET S.A. constituting the basis for the design. As part of copyright supervision, provision should be made for: 1. for investment project 5-16-25-164-1 • Supervision cards with a stay on the construction site – 20 Supervision cards • Supervision cards without a stay on the construction site – 20 Supervision cards in total of all supervision cards 40. Place of performance of the subject of the contract: The dry forest.
