Description

MSK - Neubau Krankenhaus Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie
Fachkrankenhaus für Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie für Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene (111 Betten) sowie einer Tagesklinik (ca. 6 Plätze) mit Freiflächen und ein Technikgebäude (Nebenanlage). Der Neubau verfügt über vier Geschosse und gliedert sich in drei Bauteile (A-C). Das südliche, zum Bestand hin gelegene Bauteil, ist mit „A“ bezeichnet - das Nördliche Bauteil mit „C“. Das verbindende Bauteil in der Mitte trägt die
Bezeichnung „B“. Die Bauteile A und C verfügen über einen Innenhof, wobei der Hof-A viergeschossig ist, offen zum Erdreich, der Hof-C ist drei-geschossig und entwickelt sich über dem Untergeschoss als intensiv begrünte „Dachfläche“.
