le présent appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles R2124-2 1° et R2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du code de la commande publique. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum, ni maximum en application des articles R2162-2 al 2 , R2162-4 3° et R2162-13 à R. 2162-14 du code.Les missions porteront sur l'ensemble des corps d'état décomposés comme suit :- corps d'état généraux : démolition, terrassement, maçonnerie, façades, étanchéité, métallerie, menuiseries extérieures, menuiseries intérieures, plâtrerie peinture, carrelage faïences, sol mince, Vrd, plomberie?.- corps d'état techniques: plomberie sanitaires et cuisine, production Ecs y compris distribution, chauffage Vmc climatisation et froid industriel, électricité (courants forts et courants faibles dont Gtc, informatique,sonorisation?..).Les corps d'état technique
