Germany-Nuremberg: Engineering services
The city of Nuremberg is planning to rehabilitate, if necessary convert and expand the Opera House on the Richard Wagner Square with the construction project of Opernhaus. The measure may also cover (partial) demolitions of buildings. The Opera House was built in 1905 and has since been rebuilt several times (1935, 1948, 1998). It is assumed that significant interference with the structure, the structure and the foundation will be required (e.g. for the installation of a side platform or for the extension of the sub-machine).
The purpose of the services is to contribute to the planning of the needs of the framework design and, optionally, the performance model in accordance with § 51 HOAI 2013 (stage contract). As part of the planning of needs, the static conditions of the Opera House will be reviewed, or what conversion and extension measures and changes in use are possible.
