Description

il est attendu des études de maîtrise d'oeuvre globales sur l'aménagement intérieur du bâtiment B y compris le raccordement, l'installation et la mise en service des équipements médicaux mais également l'isolation thermique de la toiture.Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au règlement de la consultation.Ce bâtiment B est situé chemin du Thil à Amiens (80025).Le projet concernera la rénovation complète de l'intérieur du bâtiment incluant tous les équipements d'odontologie. Le coût des travaux et des équipements est estimé à 2,9 M euro(s) Ht, seront réalisés en période d'activités du Campus. Le bâtiment B sera quant à lui vidés de l'ensemble de ses occupants.Les missions suivantes seront confiées au Maître d'oeuvre : Esquisse (Esq) Avp (Aps et Apd), Pro, Act, Visa, Det, Aor- mission optionnelle (variante exigée) SynthèseMissions complémentaires suivantes : Opc : Ordonnancement Pilotage Coordination, Ssi : Système de Sécurité Incendie (Ssi), Mobilier (Mob)
