Description

Mono-successful framework agreement concluded without a minimum or maximum, governed by the provisions of Articles R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, which will be performed as order forms are issued by the contracting authority.
In this context, the performance of the services will be entrusted, for each of the lots, to a single successful tenderer.
The contract includes the performance of the following services:
Assignment 1: DAPP, asbestos identification law ALUR, asbestos identification prior to works, CREP, DPE, state of the internal gas and electricity installations, ALUR, ERP, measurement of the living area at the relocation of dwellings and routine maintenance work.
Assignment 2: asbestos identification, CREP, DPE, condition of internal gas and electricity installations, ERP, measurement of private area, non-collective sanitation, termites, information deserved in the framework.
