Projekt: Stadtbahnstrecke B, Teilabschnitt 3, Europaviertel V1150: Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (Lüftung, Klima, Gebäudeautomation) Ausschreibung der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für den Tunnel Europagarten (TEG) in zwei Losen Los 1: Lüftung und Klima Lieferung und Montage Lüftungsanlagen und einer Abwasserinstallation für Kondensat aus Umluftkühlung und Zuluft-Temperierung bestehend aus: Abwasserinstallation für Kondensat aus Umluftkühlung und Zuluft-Temperierung 1 Abwasserhebeanlage 1 Rohrnetz für Kondensat Abwasser aus NiRo Stahl 1 Lüftungs-Zentralgerät in kompakter Bauweise, Luftmenge 1.500m3/h 1 Kaltwassersatz 20 kW, Innenaufstellung 7 dezentrale Rohr-/Kanalventilatoren für Zu- und/oder Abluft 3 Kaltwasser-Wandgeräte (Umluftkühlgeräte) 2 Klima Split-Geräte ca. 300 m2 Luftkanal ca. 180 m Lüftungsrohr 22 Brandschutzklappen (motorisch) 5 Wetterschutzgitter RC4 1 Druckentlastungsklappe Los 2: Gebäudeautomation Lieferung und Montage von Anlagen und Komponenten der Gebäudeautomation/Mess-/Steuer und Regeltechnik (MSR) bestehend aus: - Homogene Erweiterung mit SiClimatX-fähigen Automations-stationen zur ZLT-Aufschaltung - ca. 135 physikalische und ca. 200 kommunikative Datenpunkte - ca. 4 komplett bestückte Standschaltschränke, ca. 2 Wandschränke - ca. 45 Feldgeräte - ca. 2,5 km Verkabelung
