Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of all-day, comprehensive patient nutrition services and the provision of specialist cleaning services at the Ludwik Rydygiera Sp. z o.o. Specialist Hospital in Kraków (os. Golden Jewish 1).
2. Public procurement contracts will be executed for a period of 48 months.
3. The subject matter of the contract was divided into two lots:
Part 1
(1) The subject-matter of the contract is a service of all-day, comprehensive feeding of patients at the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Kraków Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków (os. Golden Jessa 1, 31-826 Kraków).
(2) A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1A to the Specifications.
(3) The Contracting Authority shall allow the Contractor to hire premises for the distribution of meals and to organise a central swashing room.
Part 2
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the provision of specialist cleaning services at the Ludwik Rydygiera Sp. z o.o. Specialist Hospital in Kraków (31-826), Golden Jewish 1.
(2) A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1B to the Specifications.
(3) The Contracting Authority shall allow the Contractor to hire premises.
