Region Värmland invites you to submit a tender for this procurement regarding framework contract consultants in analysis, evaluation, project and process services.Region Värmland is tasked with promoting sustainable regional development and growth in Värmland. Together with municipalities, industry, universities, colleges, authorities and organizations, Region Värmland supports and drives the development of a strong and competitive Värmland. Region Värmland creates the conditions for development by analyzing and describing the current situation and future challenges. We initiate dialogue, build networks, create meeting places and mediate contacts. We initiate, finance, operate and coordinate projects.The intention is to sign framework agreements with up to a maximum of five (5) suppliers in sub-areas 1, 2 and 5 and up to a maximum of 3 suppliers in sub-areas and sub-areas 3, 4 and 6. Call-offs will be made according to a special allocation key and reopening of competition. Read more about call-offs in Administrative regulations paragraph 4.The region looks positively on whether suppliers obtain knowledge of Värmland in terms of geography, business and demography, as well as understanding of the regional development mission, the Värmland strategy and knowledge of the work of a politically controlled organization. Afterwards, carefully read the other procurement documents.Award decisions are planned to be sent out in week 2 2026, subject to both earlier and postponement depending on the evaluation process. In case of any award decision before Christmas, this will be done no later than 2025-12-12 so the contract blocking period does not occur during the Christmas holidays.Submissions with incomplete information or in the absence of requested documents will be rejected.
