Description

This contract concerns the fitting-out and maintenance of a monoplane cardiac catheterisation room and a monoplane angiography room. The contract is divided into two lots (one lot per room). It includes the supply, installation and commissioning of rooms after inspection by an approved body. The contract also includes technical assistance and all-inclusive maintenance of equipment as well as medical and paramedical training. The description of the equipment requested is set out in the Annex. The works are located on the site of the CHR de la Citadelle, at level +1. The technical room is located on the upper floor (see plans provided). The following must be included in the contract: - The design and built of the works necessary for the installation of the equipment and enabling it to be used in optimal conditions; - All services relating to the various studies essential to the completion of the entire project must include the radiation protection, stability and ventilation study (ISO 7 standard) and other special techniques. More particularly for special techniques, the contract will include all the adaptations necessary for the installation of all the equipment and their accessories: demolition, depollution, rehabilitation and installation of techniques. The special techniques to be taken into consideration are (non-exhaustive list): - Breakdown; - Air conditioning; - Electricity (high and low current); - Sanitary facilities; - Medical fluids.
