Description

(1) Provide electronic reloading of the purse on the Białystok Urban Charter.
(2) The Contractor will operate at 50 client service points (POK) organised by its own efforts. They will be equipped with equipment entrusted by the Contracting Authority.
(3) The Contractor will be able to perform the subject matter of the contract in more than the quantity indicated in point 2. In such a situation, the Contractor will provide the equipment needed to perform the contract himself.
4) The Contractor shall also sell one-off paper and multi-travel tickets for the collective transport of Białystok Urban Communications and the electronic sale of the Białystok City Card into bearers at the Customer Service Points operated.
5) The Contractor shall indicate to the Contracting Authority a distribution network of at least 80 points, distributed evenly, i.e. in proportion to population density, within the city of Białystok. The contracting authority will select 50 points from among those indicated by the Contractor.
6) The Contractor must have a sufficient number of staff available to operate the stationary electronic recharge stations of the purse.
(7)The service is to be provided:
(a) from Monday to Friday at all points for at least 10 hours per day,
(b) on Saturdays 50 % of all points, at least between 8:00 and 14:00,
(C) on Sundays 20 % of all points for at least 4 hours per day, excluding public holidays.
