Description

The subject of this consultation is road works and miscellaneous developments, supply, transport and implementation of coated materials. It includes: - road maintenance work and miscellaneous improvements; - the supply of materials, - the supply, transport and use of coated materials and asphalt; - the supply of coated materials alone. The technical characteristics of the works to be carried out, the services to be carried out and the supplies to be delivered are set out in the Specific Technical Specifications. The contract will be awarded in the form of a single framework agreement to which the tenderer has been awarded and with order forms. The framework agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of its notification. It will be tacitly renewable 3 times in successive periods of 12 months. The framework agreement will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 30 000 000.00 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract (including renewal periods). This contract includes environmental performance conditions, details of which are set out in the Special Administrative Provisions.
