the subject of this contract is road works and miscellaneous fitting-out, supply, transport and use of coated materials. It includes: - road maintenance work and miscellaneous alterations; - the supply of materials, - the supply, transport and use of coated materials and asphalt; - the sole supply of coated materials. the contract is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of its notification. It will be tacitly renewable 3 times in successive periods of 12 months.
