Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory reagents together with the lease of an analyzer to perform tests in the field of biochemistry. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: a) lease of the analyzer to perform research in the field of biochemistry with equipment for a period of 24 months, b) successive deliveries of reagents, calibrators, control materials, consumables to the analyzer offered by the Contractor over a period of 24 months; c) purchase of participation in the Randox external laboratory control program: RQ 9112/c for the duration of the contract; d) connecting the analyzer to the laboratory IT system cooperating with the hospital system (ProfLab-LIS/Clinninet-HIS); the provision of a starter pack to run the analyser containing reagents and all other materials needed to initiate determinations for at least several analytes: ALT, AST, BIL, GLUK and electrolytes; f) training of employees indicated by the Ordering Party in the proper operation of the leased analyzer; g) maintenance services during the lease period of the subject of the contract on the terms specified in the SWZ.
