Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in directing persons to perform temporary work at MPK Poznań Sp. z o.o. by Temporary Employment Agencies, i.e. driving bus vehicles owned by the Ordering Party in regular public transport on established transport lines in the area of transport activity of the Ordering Party and on closed transport by the Ordering Party, e.g. for a tram, railway in a maximum number of 69,120 man-hours divided into two tasks of 34,560 man-hours each (depending on the needs of the Ordering Party): 1) TASKS I - assignment of 10 temporary employees to work - from 01.08.2025. 2) TASK II - assigning 10 temporary employees to work - within the period from 01.08.2025. 2. During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall assign to each task not less than 10 active temporary workers actually performing temporary work and ensure their availability: 2.1. on working days – not less than 8 temporary persons available, for at least 8 transport tasks indicated by the Ordering Party, 2.2. on Saturdays/Sundays and holidays – not less than 7 temporary persons available, for at least 7 transport tasks indicated by the Ordering Party, while temporary persons will be available on individual days to provide the service on changes indicated by the Ordering Party according to its needs (morning and afternoon changes) taking into account the provisions of the Act on Driver's Working Time.
