The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new passenger car, free from physical and legal defects, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract / Technical Offer, constituting Annex No. 1 to the FTZ. 2. REFUSED PROCEDURE! EAT ONLY FROM THE EXECUTIVE OFFER OF THE HIGHEST PRICED! Pursuant to Article 139 para. 2 of the Act, before selecting the most advantageous tender, the Contracting Authority will call on the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated to submit, within the prescribed period, a statement that he was not subject to exclusion and met the conditions for participation in the procedure as at the date of submission of the tender.
