Reason and general objectives: The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement with a single supplier that provides the RDW with suitable ebMS adapters (container in the cloud and an appliance or MSI variant on premise). The supplier is responsible for delivering the ebMS adapters in accordance with the set requirements, implementing the ebMS adapters and providing the requested support. Currently, the software runs both locally at the RDW (on-premise) and in the Microsoft Azure Cloud environment. Within this tender, the RDW wants to maintain this hybrid setup, but RDW wants to be prepared for the phasing out of the on-premise environment and the transition to the Cloud in the future. The current hybrid setup consists of a virtual (VMware) appliance, with a container version within Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
