Description

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of: 1) a computer including a monitor – in Lot 1 of the contract; 2) a disk casing together with server disks – in Part 2 of the contract, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in Annexes 5a and 5b to the FTZ, as appropriate to the lot. 3. Order codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 30213000-5, 30231300-0, 30233141-1, 30234100-9. 4. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The parts are set out in paragraph 1 of this Chapter. The Contractor may submit a tender for any number of lots. 5. If the provisions of the tender specifications indicate proper names, types, models, symbols, these provisions should be understood as provisions about the sample product. 6. If the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, the Contracting Authority allows the use of solutions equivalent to those described. 7. This procedure is conducted taking into account the environmental aspects expressed in the environmental criteria for the evaluation of tenders. 8. The order is carried out as part of the project entitled: ‘Polish Network of Research Infrastructures for Artificial Intelligence-Aided Science – PLAI4SCIENCE’ implemented under Measure 2.4 Research Infrastructure for Modern Economy Priority. Innovation-friendly environment of the European Funds for Modern Economy Programme 2021-2027.
