Description

CAAB is the Managing Authority of the Ortofrutticolo Market of the Centro Agroalimentare di Bologna, which is the owner of the activities of carrying out the tendering procedures for the supply and installation of equipment and software for the management of the entry and exit gates to the new market area (‘Supply’) and maintenance thereof, also in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation of the Centro Agroalimentare di Bologna approved by the Municipal Council on 26.2.2007.
Therefore, pursuant to Article 60 of Legislative Decree No 18.4.2016 of 50 (‘the Code’), CAAB issues an open procedure, to be awarded on the basis of the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender for the award of supply and maintenance (‘Gara’), as set out in Article 3 of the Special Specifications (Annex B).
