Description

The contract covers the following services: Management mandate - Administration, management and monitoring of the municipal rental buildings of the City of Colmar This is a service contract at unit prices. For each property managed under this contract, the contractor will receive management fees calculated by applying percentages detailed in the commitment to the non-expendable rent. The services of the contract are not allotments. Splitting into lots would make it technically more difficult and financially more expensive to perform the services. In addition, the contracting authority wishes the management and monitoring of municipal rental buildings to be carried out by a single service provider so that the rendering is homogeneous from one building to another.
