The object of the Contract is to provide specialized consulting services for the elaboration of a unified National Digital Strategy for Cyprus, which will incorporate, the new National Broadband Plan, the new National Action Plan for Digital Skills, the new National Action Plan for Digital Governance, an Integrated Action Plan for the digital transition of Cyprus and the elaboration of a National Strategy for Semiconductors. The policy documents to be drafted will be for a period of five years.
