Description

Conwy County Borough Council’s Property Management & Asset Services Department have now awarded the following contract:
Boiler servicing, gas testing and pipe inspections in non-domestic properties from April 2011 to March 2015.
The contract involves the annual servicing of boilers, water heaters, heat emitters and convector heaters as well as carrying out one-off pressure tests on Natural Gas and LPG systems and annual inspections of all internal and external gas pipes.
The contract was due to start on 1st April 2011 and run until 31.3.2015.
