Description

Un groupement composé de la Ville d’Epernay, le CCAS d’Epernay, la Communauté d’Agglomération Epernay, Coteaux et Plaine de Champagne et la commune de Mardeuil a été constitué conformément aux articles L.2113-6 à L.2113-8 du Code de la commande publique. La Ville d’Epernay est désignée comme coordonnateur du groupement de commandes. Elle est chargée de procéder à l’organisation de l’ensemble des opérations de sélection du ou des cocontractants, à la signature et à la notification du marché La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Il est possible d’organiser une visite sur site, facultative, pour l'ensemble des lots.
