Description

An important component of the project financed by the RRP is the endowment of Săcele Municipal Hospital with equipment designed to reduce nosocomial infections (from direct contact and/or respiratory or aerosol transmission) with equipment for air and surface disinfection, sterilization and protection equipment, to ensure asepsis, in order to increase the effectiveness of the medical act in conditions of maximum safety, as well as to obtain results compliant with the current quality standards in a short time as the Contractor will provide the necessary equipment and equipment to Sacele Municipal Hospital in the quantities requested by the contracting authority and having the minimum characteristics/specifications specified in the tender specifications. Delivery will be carried out according to the requirements contained in the specifications. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/). Pursuant to Article 160 of Law 98/2016, economic operators interested in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation. The number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for the submission of tenders shall be 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.
