Description

The subject-matter of the contract was divided into 3 (three) lots as follows: Lot No 1 – Construction and installation works for the reconstruction and new construction of low-voltage air networks with the removal of electricity meters at a property border in Filipovtsi, Sofia; Lot No 2 – Construction and installation works for the reconstruction and new construction of low-voltage air networks with the removal of electricity meters at a property border in Hristo Botev, Sofia; Lot No 3 – Construction and installation works for the reconstruction and new construction of low-voltage air networks with the removal of electricity meters at a property border in Faculty, Sofia. Each candidate/participant may participate for all lots (one or more lots, up to the maximum number of lots under the subject of the contract) provided that it meets the requirements of the Public Procurement Act, the Rules for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act (PPZOP) and the requirements of the Contracting Authority, including the selection criteria specified in the notice and documentation. The contracting authority shall not limit the number of lots that may be awarded to the same contractor. The award criterion for this contract when determining the most economically advantageous tender is ‘lowest price’. The contract is concluded with the first ranked participant for the respective lot. The duration of the contract for each lot shall be 12 (twelve) months from the date on which it was concluded or until the maximum contract value is reached, whichever occurs first. The implementation of all lots will start simultaneously and a contractor who has concluded more than one contract is obliged to provide the necessary staff and equipment for the timely and quality implementation of all contracts concluded by him.
