Description

The project Flugpsychologische Eignungsfeststellung Fliegerischer Dienst und Flugführungsdienst (FlPsych EignungsF FD/FFD) serves as part of the apparatus-based and simulator-based procedures for determining suitability for the Bundeswehr's Aviation Service and Flight Guidance Service. The procedure is divided into three phases. In the first phase, the general military suitability is determined. The second (phase II) and third phase (phase III) of the suitability assessment are carried out in an apparatus-based and simulator-based method. It should be noted that the flight guidance service only contests phase II with the SA FFD system. Once the phase has passed, the determination of suitability for the respective area of use is assumed. The Flying Service is in phase II with the ICA 90 II system and after successful completion of phase III with the FPS F & FPS H systems. In phase II, for the Flying Service, the predetermined suitability characteristics are recorded and evaluated by the various test procedures. The collected data is summarized in the form of a suitability index. This index forms the basis for effective applicant scheduling in phase III. The tasks that have to be mastered here reflect the basic suitability dimensions that are required for a flying activity. These test methods are currently supported by the Instrument Coordination Analyzer 90 II (ICA 90 II). With this procedure, the ICA 90 II is to be procured under the name Simulation Equipment Phase 2 (SimAusstg FD2). This system consists of: - 10 x cockpit (test console) - 10 x control consoles (5x double console) - 1x test editor console - 1 x evaluation console - 1 x briefing and debriefing system 6 test procedures and a general instruction module should be shown on the test console. Each test procedure consists of instruction and practice modules and various test tasks/modules. In addition, the associated documentation must be created and delivered, as well as the personnel at the site in the system technology, the operation, the maintenance and the maintenance instructed.
