This consultation is being launched in accordance with the following procedure: Contract with an adapted procedure – Article R.2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code The development consists in highlighting the landscape quality of the listed site of Pointe Saint-Hospice between the crossroads of avenues Vignon and Mermoz, the beach of Paloma and the subdivision St Hospice.
