Description

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of cereals, legumes and potatoes to the Military Units of the area of responsibility of the 3rd Regional Logistics Base in 2026. 2. The scope of the contract covers 7 delivery areas, representing 7 tasks set out in Annex 2 to the FTZ – Price form (sheets for tasks 1-7) 3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ – Draft provisions of the contract. 4. The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 4 to the SWZ (individual assortment items can be found in separate files). 5. The delivery points for each of the seven areas (tasks) are set out in Annex 6 to the FTZ – Delivery points. 6. The contracting authority shall provide for the exercise of the right of option for all tasks. 7. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requests the submission of the above-mentioned means of evidence specified in the procurement documents. 8. The contracting authority in accordance with Art. 2 of the Public Procurement Act provides for supplementing the evidence in question if the contractor fails to submit it with the tender or the evidence submitted with the tender is incomplete. 9. The contracting authority does not require the lodging of a security in the present proceedings. 10. The contracting authority shall require the lodging of a security for the proper performance of the contract.
