Description

The subject-matter of the contract is works consisting of the reconstruction and construction of the Flora site, to the extent and in accordance with the terms of reference. The public contract ‘Development of FLORA Olomouc’ consists of the ‘Reconstruction of the Pavilion A1’, which represents a complete reconstruction of an existing pavilion A and a new construction including ‘Pavilon A2 – an operational building with a restaurant’. These objects are connected by a terrace with a partial closed passage between them. Other constructions for the development of the exhibition are the ‘arrival road’ which connects the newly created site on the streets of Wolkerov and the ‘Parkovy’, which will be created on the former ČD land at the Olomouc railway station – city. The tender procedure does not include free interiors and fittings for construction by a small inventory, e.g. the provision of sanitary rooms with mirrors, towel racks, toilet paper, etc. The object of performance of the contract is further defined by the Treaty annexed to these tender specifications.
