Description

Selection of a contractor for the preparation of an investment project in the ‘Working project’ phase and the exercise of author’s supervision during the execution of construction and installation works for a site: ‘Reconstruction of the internal water supply network of the village of Byala, Sliven Municipality’ For this site, a quality investment project should be developed, in the ‘Working’ phase, for the reconstruction of the internal water supply network and all the facilities on it, building plumbing deviations (BWD) and fire hydrants (PH), in accordance with Ordinance №2/22.03.2005 on the design of water supply systems and fire hydrants in implementation of Ordinance № Iz -1971 of 29 October 2009 on construction and technical rules and standards for ensuring fire safety and the exercise of author’s supervision during construction, in accordance with Article 162 of the Spatial Planning Act. For the site to be developed an investment project in the "Working" phase in the following independent parts: ‘Water supply and technology’, ‘Geodesy-tracing plan’, ‘Construction of water supply and sewerage facilities, ‘Road’, ‘Temporary traffic safety organisation’, ‘Fire safety’, ‘Construction waste management project’ (PUSO), ‘Safety and health project’ (SHP), ‘Account documentation’, with scope and content in accordance with Regulation №4/21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects. The construction is categorized according to the Spatial Planning Act as the second category. Full information on the scope, volume and technical requirements for the performance of the contract is described and regulated in the Terms of Reference, an integral part of the tender documentation.
