Description

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs consultancy services in connection with the property portfolio at the Danish representations (embassies, consulates, etc.) around the world.) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will use the following types of advisers: project managers, architects, electrical engineers, plumbing and ventilation engineers, sustainability specialists and technical designers. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs' total property portfolio consists of more than 500 properties and leases, spread over more than 100 embassies, consulates general, trade offices, chief residences and a large number of employee housing. The properties covered by the framework agreement are diverse in size, functionality and type and are located all over the world. Therefore, the consultant must advise the client in relation to a wide range of different property types in areas with different building traditions, cultural conditions and climatic zones. Some of the properties are or will be listed and/or worthy of preservation at the time of completion of a task and will therefore require special expertise. The client's tasks are primarily within existing building stock and mainly include renovation, maintenance, conversions and extensions. Typical consultancy tasks are worth less than DKK 10 000 000. The framework agreement primarily covers the following types of tasks: Main architectural tasks - Design and furnishing of floors for offices in multi-storey buildings - Design and furnishing of detached buildings for office or residential purposes - Furnishing tasks in connection with the furnishing of mainly office, reception and meeting rooms - Analysis, feasibility studies, basis for decision and area optimisation tasks - Other architectural tasks requiring architectural expertise, e.g. in connection with the client's implementation of sustainability initiatives and building studies and analyses - Coordination and management of client deliveries (typically IT, security delivery and furnishing) - Operation and maintenance optimisation Engineering main tasks - All relevant independent engineering deliveries in relation to the client's needs - Ventilation projects - Solar energy projects and other alternative forms of energy - Plumbing projects - Electrical projects - Other technical facilities - Static calculations - Engineering studies and analyses, such as construction and building physics studies and optimisation of indoor climate - Coordination and management of client deliveries (typical, security and furniture) - Carry out sustainability management, cf. task assignments - Draw up a list of optimal instruments for meeting sustainability requirements - Interdisciplinary challenge of proposals and instruments - Prepare sustainability assessments, e.g. material comparisons, life cycle analyses and total economic analyses - Documentation, reporting and evaluation of whether sustainability requirements are met - Operation and maintenance optimisation The framework agreement runs for 4 years and is concluded with three suppliers who, during the term of the framework agreement, are awarded supply agreements according to the framework agreement's description thereof.
