Description

The contract concerns:
(1) collection of municipal waste from owners of properties in which residents live on the site
the municipalities of the city of Radomsko from 1.7.2017 to 31.12.2017 and the transport of this waste to
the place where they are to be managed. It is indicated that the waste management site is – Regional
Municipal Waste Treatment Facility (RIPOK)
in Płoszów and the Contractor, all waste collected must be handed over directly to
the places mentioned above: The municipal waste disposal plant in Płoszów with a view to its processing, or
disposal.
— collection of waste should be understood to mean, in particular, emptying of waste containers and transport
of this waste to its place of management – Regional Waste Treatment Facility
Municipal (RIPOK) – Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Płoszów;
— Collection of municipal waste includes the collection of:
(1) unsorted (mixed) waste
municipal and separately collected municipal waste:
(3) separately collected municipal waste
biodegradable, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste;
(3) separately collected municipal glass waste;
(4) separately collected municipal waste of paper and paperboard;
(5) separately collected municipal waste from multi-material packaging, plastics and metals;
(6) separately collected municipal waste from electrical and electronic equipment; (7) selectively
collected municipal waste furniture and other bulky waste; (8) separately collected waste
used municipal tyres;
(2) Organisation and operation of separate collection points for municipal waste in a manner that ensures
easy access for all residents of the municipality:
(a) including a minimum of two fixed municipal waste amenity sites where it will be operated
collection of the following types of waste: biodegradable municipal waste, including waste
biodegradable packaging, green waste, construction and demolition waste, furniture and waste
large and waste electrical and electronic equipment, expired medicines, waste batteries and accumulators,
waste of glass, plastics and multi-material and metal packaging and of paper and paperboard, used
tyres and chemicals
(b) at sites designated by the Contracting Authority for 20 auxiliary separate waste collection points
municipal (socket) in the form of 3 containers at any point with a capacity of 1 100 litres to 1 500 litres
(bells type) for separate collection of waste: glass (green), plastics, packaging
multi-materials, metals (yellow colour), paper and paperboard (blue),
3) Equipment of owners of properties on which residents live (and permanent fitting-out)
by making containers available for use throughout the duration of the contract) in the building
single-family and multi-apartment, in unsegregated (mixed) waste containers of a specified capacity
in the resolutions of the Municipal Council annexed to the GIP and:
in containers for separate collection of waste in multi-family compartments, appropriately marked
(glass, paper and paperboard, multi-material packaging, plastics and metals and waste subject to
biodegradation and green waste) – of the capacity specified in the municipal council resolutions annexed to the GIP
and the systematic supply of separately collected waste bags (glass, paper and paperboard;
multi-material packaging, plastics and metals and biodegradable waste and waste
green) in single-family housing – of the capacity specified in the municipal council resolutions annexed to
OPZ
and ensuring the sanitary, technical and clean-up of these containers.
(4) Providing information and education measures on municipal waste management, in
in particular as regards the separate collection of municipal waste.

No 1 to the Specifications of Essential Contract Conditions (hereinafter: The ToR) and, at the same time, some details are
included in the following headings of the specification.
