Description

The purpose of this consultation is the operation and maintenance of thermal and VMC installations on part of the real estate groups powered by collective boiler rooms managed by l'Habitation Confortable. The services are covered by a single lot. In order to assess the nature of the services to be provided, the candidate must make a site visit in accordance with the procedures described in Article 2.5 of the consultation rules. The Framework Agreement shall take effect from 1 July 2025, or from the date of its notification, whichever is later, until 30 June 2029. This framework agreement comprises services treated at a mixed price, comprising a flat-rate share and a unit-price share treated on order forms.
