Description

The contract aims to ensure in good conditions the public education service and equal access to education for pupils enrolled in pre-university education in Prahova County through a unitary solution: equipping 81 pre-university education units and 5 related units with furniture, teaching materials and digital equipment. In accordance with Article 160 of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation by the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation on the 12th day before the closing date for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will not respond to requests for clarifications submitted after the deadline set.
