The subject of the contract is the management by recovery or disposal of mixed municipal waste and segregated waste from real estate located in the city and municipality of Błonie, where residents live, as well as the management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), located at Towarowa 5, in accordance with applicable law and: The provisions of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) hereinafter referred to as the Act, the provisions of this Specification of the Contract Terms hereinafter referred to as the SWZ and • the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025, item 733), hereinafter referred to as the “u.p.c.g.” Act • the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended), • The Environmental Protection Act of 27 April 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025, item 647) • Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling • municipal waste (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1530) • Regulation of the Minister for the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limitation of landfilling of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws 2017, item 2412), Regulation of the Minister for the Environment of 16 June 2009 on health and safety at work in the management of municipal waste (Journal of Laws 2009, No 104, item 868), Other provisions necessary for the performance of the service being the subject of the contract.
