The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive services in the field of: 1) maintenance of undeveloped land, constituting green areas, the Contractor will settle with the Ordering Party on the following principles: a) for mowing green areas - the remuneration will be calculated as the product of the sum of the area of green areas actually used in (m2) from Annex No 1 and the unit rate specified in Annex No 4 in a given accounting period; b) for the performance of care and sanitary work on green areas, the remuneration will be accounted for as the product of the actual number of working hours of people and equipment, as well as man-hour rates (Rg) and equipment work rates, in accordance with Annex 5; Documented costs of purchasing materials (e.g. fertilizers, plant protection products, shrubs, flowers and others) necessary to carry out these works will also be charged for the works referred to in point (b); 2) maintenance of real estate constituting a strip of municipal and district roads (remaining in the management board of the Municipality of Karpacz) together with sidewalks and car parks, the Contractor will settle with the Ordering Party on the following principles: for snow removal: •snow removal of municipal and district roads – the remuneration will be determined as the product of the sum of the actually snowed roads in (km) of Annex No 2 and the unit rate specified in Annex No 4 in a given accounting period •snow removal of municipal pavements, district pavements and car parks – the remuneration will be determined as the product of the sum of the actually snowed area in (m2) of Annex No 2 and the unit rate specified in Annex No 4 in a given accounting period, •flat remuneration (disposability) in the months from October to May of the following year, (b) for the horizontal and current sweeping of the city – the remuneration will be determined as the product of the sum of the effectively swept area of roads and pavements in (m2) of Annex No 2. 3 and the unit rate specified in Annex II. 4 in a given tax period.
