Description

The Department of Area Development, Environmental Planning and Projects (GOP) is the reliable partner for (policy) implementation on the ground with a view to qualitative use of space, a sustainable living environment and society. The department is a professional in area development and cooperation. From a shared vision, she works together with various actors so that projects reinforce each other from a coherent perspective. As an inspirer, initiator or facilitator, she creates creative processes in which partners join forces, win win win situations arise and conflicts in the execution are prevented. To this end, she will work proactively and integratedly with a high-performance toolbox that is used with knowledge and expertise, and in which she will use it as a network centre to make it available. The department carries out integrated planning processes, among other things, in function of the preparation of regional spatial implementation plans. In order to increase the speed of procedures and the capacity for drawing up documents necessary for the completion of planning processes, the GOP department will call on the support of an external agency with expertise in spatial planning, the preparation of spatial implementation plans (including the environmental assessment / plan EIA) and the conduct of planning processes at regional level. GOP will call on the support of an external office for the preparation of Regional spatial implementation plans that implement a planning certificate issued at regional level. It concerns five spatial implementation plans on an annual basis. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
