1. The subject of the contract is the lease of 4 electric multiple units for the needs of Koleje Śląskie sp. z o. o. (divided into tasks). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party are given in the Model Contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the Description of the subject of the contract (section V of the SWZ) for each part of the contract. 3.
