PL-Szczecin: machines and apparatus for testing and measuring
1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of a test bench for coating application using the PLD method for the Institute of Material Engineering of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatroniki of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, hereinafter also referred to as “the apparatus”, as detailed in Annex 1.
2. The supply of apparatus to the contracting authority includes, in addition to its sale, the placing, assembly and commissioning at the contracting authority in a specified location, testing and maintenance training and, in the case of computer software, the transfer to the contracting authority of the rights to use that software (‘licence’). The transfer (granting) of a licence will be a minimum for an unlimited and full licence, with an unlimited number of seats.
3. Whenever the description of the subject-matter of the contract is referred to in the following section of the specifications, this should be understood as meaning the whole of the content of Annex 1 to the specifications.
4. Place of delivery of the subject of the contract: Institute of Material Engineering of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatroniki of the West Pomeranian University of Technology, Szczecin, al. Piasts 19, 70-310 Szczecin, POLAND.
5. The supply covered by this contract also includes the supply to the Contracting Authority of the following documents (with the right to use these documents):
(1) in printed and electronic versions, in Polish or English, instructions on how to use the apparatus (instructions for use);
(2) in the printed version, in Polish or English, of the guarantee document where the provision of guarantee services, in accordance with Chapter XV, paragraph. The 12 specifications will be subject to the receipt of a guarantee document from the Contractor;
(3) other documents where possession of such documents by the Contracting Authority is necessary for the correct and lawful use of the apparatus.
6. It shall not be possible to supply a second-hand apparatus, i.e. not new.
7. The contracting authority shall require that the activities forming the subject-matter of this contract be carried out in the manner and under the conditions laid down in Chapter XV of the specifications.
