The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management by the Contractor selected in this procedure (also known as the ‘Financial Intermediary’ or ‘PF’) of the financial instrument ‘Investment Fund for Young Talents’, under which the Contractor will grant Individual Loans to Final Recipients and provide free substantive support in the process of applying for a Single Loan, in particular in setting up a business and preparing a loan application, as well as during the term of the loan agreement in the form of free consultations on the legal conditions for running a business, accounting rules, development strategy and obtaining additional sources of financing.
