Description

Le CEA de Grenoble souhaite se fournir en microphotomasques pour les travaux en microélectronique et nanotechnologie du CEA Leti. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande d'une durée de 24 mois, composé de 12 lots qui seront attribués de la manière suivante : - 4 lots en multi-attribution (lots n° 2, 9, 11 et 12). Le nombre maximum d'attributaires pour ces lots est limité à deux (2). - 8 lots en mono-attribution (lots n°1,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 et 10). Le nombre maximum d'attributaires pour ces lots est donc limité à un (1).
