1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of a surgical robotic system with equipment for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Institute in Puławy in the form of the following devices: 1) Surgical robotic system. 2) Surgical diathermy. 3) Harmonic knife. 4) Smoke absorber from the operating field. 5) Surgical tools. 6) Tool Washer. 2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the material and quantitative list constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ and the list of technical parameters of the equipment constituting Annex 3 to the FTZ. 3. Where the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract indicates standards, trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process characterising certain products or services, this means that the Contracting Authority could not describe the subject-matter of the contract with sufficiently precise terms and this is justified by the specific nature of the subject-matter of the contract. In such situations, any reference to standards, trade marks, patents, origin, source or specific process shall be read with the words ‘or equivalent’. 4. It is therefore permissible to offer equivalents with properties not inferior and guaranteeing the achievement of parameters not lower than those required by the Ordering Party.
