1. The subject of the contract are services of preparation and organization of events and ensuring the participation of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy in trade fair and exhibition events in order to promote public-private partnership. 2. The description of the subject of the Order (OPZ) is contained in Annex 1 to the FTZ. After the conclusion of the contract (the draft provisions of the public procurement contract (PPU) constitute Annex 2 to the FTZ), it will constitute an annex to the contract. The Contractor whose tender is deemed to be the most advantageous shall be awarded the contract under the conditions laid down in the PPU. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the concluded contract, on the basis of Article 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act. 4. The Contracting Authority does not envisage that the Contractor will carry out an on-site inspection and check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract, as referred to in Article 131 para. 2 of the Act. 5. The Contracting Authority informs that the remuneration is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Technical Assistance Programme for the European Funds 2021-2027. . 6. The order will be executed until 15 June 2029 or until the amount allocated for the execution of the order, listed in § 5 sec. 1 contract (depending on which of these events occurs earlier). 7. The Contracting Authority reserves that it may first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor. 8. The Contracting Authority shall not require the lodging of a security for the proper performance of the contract. 9. The Ordering Party does not require the lodging of a security. 10.
