The subject of the public contract is the comprehensive management, maintenance, repair, inspection and revision of children’s playgrounds, playgrounds, free play areas and furniture in the administrative territory of the city of Neratovice. In particular, services consisting in the provision of activities related to the management, maintenance, repair, inspection and revision of 15 playgrounds, 9 playgrounds and 11 free playgrounds. For the purposes of this contract, the term ‘mobiliary’ means elements located not only within the aforementioned playgrounds, playgrounds and open play areas, but also in other public spaces in the administrative territory of the city of Neratovice, to the extent specified in the relevant annexes to the tender specifications. The purpose of performance of the subject of the public contract is, among other things, systematic and periodic care for children's playgrounds, playgrounds, free play areas, game and sports elements and sandpits in accordance with Decree No 238/2011 laying down hygiene requirements for swimming pools, saunas and sand limits in sandpits of outdoor playing areas, as amended, in accordance with the set of standards ČSN EN 1176 and ČSN EN 1177 and in accordance with Act No 258/2000 on the protection of public health and amending certain related acts, as amended. An overview of children’s playgrounds, playgrounds, free play areas and furniture, including a description, a list of play elements and photo documentation, is set out in Annex 1 to the tender specifications. Systematic and periodic care of the subject of performance of the public contract will consist, inter alia, in regular preventive, quarterly and annual service inspections of children’s playgrounds, playing areas – playgrounds, free play areas and furniture, including their administration, inspection, revision, repair and maintenance in accordance with the conditions and obligations set out in Annex 1 to the Draft Contract for the Provision of Services (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘Agreement’). The subject-matter of the contract is defined in these tender documents, the draft Treaty and its annexes so that suppliers can prepare mutually comparable tenders. In the case of activities carried out on an ongoing basis or as required by the Client to the extent and under the conditions set out in this tender documentation and the Contract, their valuation and reporting shall be governed exclusively by the mechanism set out in the Contract and the awarded specification of works; the contracting authority is not entitled to require performance outside this framework without a procedure under the Contract and the PPA.
