Orders are initiated by the Documentation and Archives Office in order to establish, for the start of the service on 15 June 2013: — the number of copies per title and by department of the newspapers and publications concerned; -the distribution of the copies by place of delivery and per service. The number of copies may be modified at any time by the administration provided that the Contractor is notified of the change at least 24 hours before it enters the notice. Any change, addition or deletion of the titles, the number of copies per title, service and place of delivery shall be the subject of a new order form. Additional order forms, corresponding to ad hoc requests, may be issued as and when the administration needs.
