Description

The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) as the contracting authority (AG) intends to commission a contractor (AN) as the project promoter with the technical and administrative implementation of the funding programme ‘Innovation and Infrastructure for Industrial Artificial Intelligence’. The contract includes project promoter tasks and program management for the planned Important Projects of Common European Interest (IPCEI) on Artificial Intelligence (IPCEI-AI) and on Distributed Data Processing Infrastructure (IPCEI-CIC). In the area of project promoter tasks, the following services are required: - General project management tasks - Advising applicants and grant recipients - Preparation and implementation of matchmaking and notification of the IPCEI - Sketch processing - Creation of forms and documents - Application processing - Administration of funding projects - Reporting and documentation The following services are required in the area of program management: - Assistance in monitoring success - Support for public relations, communication and enquiries - Transfer of knowledge and know-how - Support for national coordination - Support for European coordination
